My own "grandma set"

I knit these up a while ago, but per usual, it took me forever to get a button sewn on.  I make these for my agemates as they become grandmas, and decided I should make a set for myself.

Pattern:  Baby Bib O' Love from Mason-Dixon Knitting
Yarn:  Elann Den-M-Nit Pure Indigo Cotton
Needles:  US6 (I think)
Modifications:  None

They have already been used.  The cotton is very absorbent.  And washable.  A must with babies.

I saw the picture and just caught the word "grandma" and my mind just leapt to the conclusion that you were knitting this for yourself to use and I thought how brave you are, no more dribbles on shirt fronts for you, no more pre-treating shirt fronts as soon as you take them off, no more shirts that can only be worn with vests or as undershirts. But then I read on and see that this is for a grandchild... it is a cute set and the color is wonderful.

What a wonderful idea for a knitting project, Warped - elder bibs!
