While the flooring guys were banging around out in the family room today, I tacked the junk room. The shredder kept overheating, which gave me a chance to rearrange the yarn. Really, really must go on a fiber diet.
Good news on the Slouch - my daughter likes how it fits, so it is ready for the weaving of the ends and the blocking. I was afraid it would still be too small, and while it is an easy knit, I really did not want to knit it a third time.
Good news on the FLS, too. I finished one sleeve, making it long but flared, and my daughter judged it okay (I am missing the fashion gene that allows me to make these decisions on my own). All that is left is the other sleeve, which is half done, and the buttons. Too bad I won't be able to wear it for months - the sweater is so warm that when I try it on, I break out in a sweat. Maybe that's why it's called a SWEATer. Heh.
I'm a little tired of socks, so my current lunchtime project is Mittnz. Check it out!

Thank goodness for the children that guide us from fashion mistakes. My son helps me the same way. :)
